Meet Coach Aleks
What if you’d had the tools to truly understand your body from the start? Growing up, I didn’t. As a teenager, I pushed myself hard in sports, but no one talked about how hormones, cycles, and nutrition impacted my performance. At home, my mum and I were both navigating life stages -puberty and menopause -without the knowledge or tools to support ourselves.
I’m here to change that. I want to empower women, from teens to those in their 50s, to understand their bodies, embrace their cycles, and take control of their health. It’s time to stop waiting to figure this out later in life. The knowledge to thrive should be something we grow up with, not something we stumble upon by chance. Let’s make that happen.

Fera Mova Youth is all about discovering your power through movement, nutrition and habits, so you can build resilience, confidence, and lasting strength. Forget about unrealistic beauty standards - we focus on how you feel, not how you look. Let’s turn those ups and downs into a foundation for your wellness and confidence.
What to Expect
Movement Session
Learn to move with power, confidence, and technique. From partner games to movement skills and a fun full-body circuit — it's not about competition, it's about connection to your body. All fitness levels welcome!
Group Lunch & Chill Time
Let’s enjoy a gezellig lunch together -no diets, no rules, just real, nourishing food and an open space to talk about whatever’s on your mind. Whether it's about your plate, your day, or anything else, this is your time to unwind, share, and ask questions in a judgment-free zone.
Nutrition 101 Workshop
Understand what your body really needs. We’ll talk about hunger vs. cravings, how to build a balanced plate, and how to stop stressing over food. Learn simple, practical skills to eat in a way that supports your active life - so you can feel good without the food drama.
Menstrual Cycle Session
Your cycle isn't a weakness - it's your strength. Learn how your energy changes across the month, how to take advantage of each phase, and what no one told you in school. Gain insights about working with your body, not against it.
What You'll Take Home
Cycle Map & Confidence Tracker
A personalized tool to track your menstrual cycle, energy levels, and mood patterns. Learn to plan activities and self-care around your natural rhythms for optimal wellbeing and performance.
Fuel Guide for Teens
A practical nutrition handbook specifically designed for active teenage girls. Includes sample meal ideas, snack suggestions for before and after workouts, and tips for eating well even with a busy schedule.
A Stronger Sense of Self
Beyond the physical materials, you'll leave with greater body awareness, improved confidence, and practical tools to navigate the challenges of adolescence with resilience and self-compassion.
New Friends & Community
Connect with like-minded girls in a supportive environment. Share experiences, learn together, and build relationships based on mutual respect and encouragement.

Track field at Olympic Hotel
We'll be training and learning in the fresh air -please dress comfortably and bring weather-appropriate gear.
